Crap day!

I couldn't fall asleep last night until 1 a.m.

DH woke me at 5 a.m. to help him...one of our kitties had diarrhea cha-cha-cha and tracked it through the kitchen. Had to help him clean the cat, spot clean the floors, change the litter and mop. At 5 a.m.

Made it back to bed by 5:30. Stared at the ceiling contemplating for about an hour. Couldn't take it anymore.

Watched morning news, felt IQ drop about 20 points.

Get to the subway. Train is mad late.

GOT STUNG BY A FCUKING WASP WHILE ON THE TRAIN PLATFORM. Just under my collarbone.

Decide to just trek to work, because the first-aid kit here is better than anything I have at home.

ON THE BRIGHT SIDE.........

We bought a new bed last weekend from IKEA and our mattress and box were delivered today

so although we have to assemble it tonight (luckily, I am the Queen of All Things IKEA, assembling their stuff is easy-peasy IMO), we now have a comfy queen bed. No longer a creaky full-sized one!

I BETTER GET LAID TONIGHT.

YAY new bed. I can't wait to get rid of this tiny FULL bed. I want a California king! lol
