Second, I really like your idea of a right hand ring! He could pick a stone based on her favorite color or a stone that she's mentioned in the past. It would be really thoughtful!

i'm pretty bad about wearing jewelry also (except my wedding rings) ... i gotta be honest - i like the idea of a right-hand ring, but if it were me, i'd never wear it.

i would wear a 2nd weddign band (so i have one on either side of my e-ring) but that's about it for jewelry.

if he doesn't want to spend the money on a 2nd wedding band, then i'd go with a diff gift idea.
