Re: Easter Dinner Menus!!

SIL is hosting this year (we alternate which side DH or mine every year and don't make the trip to see both for easter)...

I am bringing red wine (lots of it) and an app...not sure what app just yet...haven't decided...but I am leaning towards something that does not require baking/heating.....SIL is an animal in the kitchen when she hosts holidays and I want no part of it.

Also, I burned his parents kitchen down a few christmases ago (literally caused a fire dept fire...new store, the whole 9 yards)...so ever since then I am a bit reluctant to bake/cook/re-heat in any of their kitchens...

cold / easy app suggestions please! I made goat cheese with rosemary honey baquette bites once and they all loved it so I may rock that again....

PS - all of your menus sound amazing!!!
