etching stores?

Does anyone know of a local place where i can go to buy personalized wine glasses (eg: etched with a name)? I found a bunch of websites that do it but they charge an arm and a leg for shipping ....

I'd need about 30-40 wine glasses (i don't mind buying the glasses on my own and just taking them to the etching place if necessary)

somewhere on LI is preferred (i live in Farmingdale but will travel just about anywhere)

I used to work there in college, and they do screen printing on glassware (I believe still, just call the number and find out) so it's not just for frats and sororities. They were reasonably priced too, I don't know what's changed since 2003 lol.

Do they have to be professionally etched? I mean Michaels sells two different kits for DIY. One is like a paste you paint on and the other is more like an air can that etches onto a stencil. Cookie made a few for a party with the paintable one and they came out cool.
