Flood Insurance
Hi everyone! We're looking into buying a 1100 sqft house in Oakdale. Was wondering if anyone has experience with getting flood insurance there or in a similar area. What agent? And, if you don't mind... how much do you pay? TIA

Re: Flood Insurance
You can talk to your insurance broker regarding this. Flood insurance is through Fema, and its a set cost according to the area. I'm pretty sure you can call FEMA directly and ask how much it is in that area.

Re: Flood Insurance
i am pretty sure the Co where you get your homeowners insurance must include flood into your price. If you have a mortgage, it is like you are financing a car, you need COMPLETE coverage and it must be provided to you.Welcome New Vendors
