I changed my last name personally, but not professionally yet. Too many licenses and crapola to change, and the wedding took all my drive and ambition away now that it's over. Or many it was my MIL or SIL. Who knows.

heheh me too.l I changed it right away, but work (Im a teacher) was a slower process. So once my mailbox said Michelli I was soo excited..same with my timecard. Even now hearing the kids say Mrs. Michelli makes me smile :)

Once I get my work email changed, it will make me smile more!

now that im in 'transition' with the name change at work, i am always unsure of how to answer the phone

i used to say 'this is janis p___'

but now im just like 'uhh...this is janis'

and i always stutter when im signing for a ups or fedex delivery, when they ask me for my last name im like ' ugh ugh .... '

I changed my last name as soon as we got back from our HM. I don't miss my last name at all! Sayonara Jessica Rolf! I'm still trying to get use to signed my new last name. It kinda looks crappy right now.
