getting enrageddddddd

i was just reading the online form to order our album from duet and there are some freakin ridiculous things on there:

$20 extra for a picture window on the front cover
$20 extra for our names and date on the front cover

SERIOUSLY??? we paid you close to $6000 and you won't put our names on the cover of our album unless we give you $20? are you crazy???

Wow, that's crazy....my photographers didn't charge me any extra for a picture on the front cover.

That's crazy. Ours would've been an extra $150 for the picture cover, but they threw it in for us But the names and dates are standard.

dont even get me started- i hate my fcking photographer- i paid so much money and have 1000 pictures of the same 3 poses... i didnt start the book yet but i can imagine how much more they are going to bang out of me.

we didnt pay that..we just went with the free cover that says our wedding and its fine

That's insane, the album I chose from the beginning with my photographer was the one with the picture on the cover and he put our names and date on there, no extra charge
