Re: Headache

Could it be from work? I noticed I would get it when I had to do a lot of work on the computer (and a lot of LIW surfing! )

Re: Headache

What kind of headaches are you getting? Is it a bunch in one day? Is it only in one spot of your head? Is it in your eyes? How long do they last?

Maybe you need glasses or a stronger perscription if you wear them already? I get what is called cluster headaches (1% of the population has them and it's mostly men) and they are the most painful thing I have ever experienced (and I've had about 4 knee surgeries and other misc surgeries). Cluster headaches last about an hour and only happen on one side of your head. Advil and other meds do not work. I have to take oxygen for it. I used to get about 8 a day but now I get maybe 1 or 2 a day, sometimes none, depending where I am in my cycle or the weather.

You might be experiencing just sinus pressure causing your headaches as well due to the change in the weather. OR is it around your period? That is EXTREMELY common.

well I hope you feel better and DEF go to the doctor to get checked out.

Re: Headache

I had severe migraines for a very long time until I got my wisdom teeth out. I'd like to give a huge shout out to all the specialists I went to over the years that told me the two aren't correlated .

I take migrane meds already, so I know what that feels like... This is more sinus related I think. I got them on either side of my temples or sometimes in the middle forehead and when I bend down to get something it hurts even more..I have used the netipot but it does nothing for me..Mabye I should try the chiropractor ...It's not around my period, I do drink caffeine, water etc ughhhh

Thank you
