Hot Yoga?

I'm thinking of trying Hot Yoga. As anyone else done this before and where do you go? Maybe I can find a groupon and join. It'll give me a kick in the a$$ to get motivated, lol.

i used to go regularly, but have since stopped b/c of the wedding craziness. i love it, but the one i go to is in Bayside. My sister goes to one in Massapequa that's a bit closer to you.

Most places have a deal where it's free to try for your first class or at least cheaper. Search the web. there are tons of reviews of places out there. definitely try it! you'll really feel the difference after your first class even - and it's challenging (but not so hard you can't follow as a beginner).

I was like a kid when i heard the answering machine and went straight there.

We need to figure out a night we can get together. How was Aruba? Can't wait to hear how it was and see pictures!

i got to sayville hot yoga...its def intense bc of the heat but I really like it..its nice and relaxing! that do a $30 one week trial go as much as you want and then its around $12 or so per class or you can buy 10 for 100$

i used to do bikram yoga religiously for 6 months before the wedding but stopped b/c it got way too hot for the summer. i used to go in RVC but now i'm looking into the rego park location.

I went to yoga long beach on park ave and they were sooo nice. It's a little too far for me know but I loved it.
