we r eating ours on the 1 year which is coming up but in hindsight i wish we ate it the next day lol cause i have a feeling its not going to taste good

We didn't even eat it...it got thrown out with the trash because we left it in our fridge during our honeymoon and figured it'd be stale. We'll just get a small recreation from our bakery for our one year :)

We're waiting, just 4 more days!! Everyone I know that has eaten theirs on the one year anniversary has said it actually was pretty good.

And I even had a slice of someone's and it was delish!

We ate ours on our half anniversary...we were hoping I'd be pregnant by our first anniversary (and I am! ) and we thought eating year old cake might not be the best idea for a pregnant lady so we ate it on our half year anniversary which I called our half-iversary all week long!

we had it about 2 days before our 1-year anniversary (we were in California on our actual anny)

It was gross. And it wasn't that romantic because we were both afraid of getting sick LOL

our top tier was HUGE!! So we ate some the next day, gave some to my Mom to bring to my sis who couldn't make the wedding, and froze a slice....

I didn't need that huge thing taking up space in my freezer... we'll have the one slice on our anniversary and call it a day!

I wanted to eat it right away as it was so delicious. But by time we got from the honeymoon my mom had already prepared it for the year long freeze & I was too lazy too deal with it.

We ate ours the next day. We had a day after brunch at my parents for all our guests, and we did a mini cake cutting there. It was awesome! Everyone dug in and enjoyed the delicious cake. I was never planning on saving and eating year old cake. I have a bad enough stomach with fresh food, thank you very much!!

For our 1 year I had 2 mini cakes made in Disney for us
