Sorry this diet is starting to get to me!

DH lost weight by doing weight watchers combined with body for life....He lost 100 lbs....He takes one day off a week. Saturday is his day off :) Definately browines :)

Oh wow does sms stand for st.marys as well? How is your house hunt going?

house hunting is eh i still really want this house that we put an offer in and it wasnt accepted we're just waiting it out right now....bc it was very new to the market when we bid we both reallllllllllllllly want it oh well we'll se what happens....its weird not a lot of houses going on the market anymore.....i check everyday and not a lot like at the beginning of the summer

As for diet it's not a diet it's a new way of life (I think that is one of WW mottos) and I friggin hate it i like my old way of life better. Driving past any fast food place my arms start twitching and I really want to turn I have torrets of the arms!

ohhh........i use ground meet salsa tomatos lettces cream cheese and granded cheese or you can make it with hormel(spelling) chilli, cream cheese and graded cheese on top you would bake it in the oven for about 10 mins sooooo goood!!!

god! i know what u mean....adn i have brownie mix leftover from my past pig life ya know the one i love more than this biitch life ....carrots are NOT better than brownies DAMN IT!...OK im better

it will happen eventually. We bought a house last month and I never see the weekend. Enjoy your Saturdays and Sundays bc that scene from old school where will ferrell talks about his nice little saturday at bed bath and beyond and home depot is so true I have to reference my life to will ferrell movies so i can feel better about being a loser on the weekends!!

i think we are in that would already with u guys and will ferrell.... i love him!!!!!!1 ......we never go out out anymore bc we're saving....its over but its ok that its over....cause i want this house thing sooooooooo bad i could taste it stinks oh well i tell myself itll happen when its suppossed to happen....sometimes i just get frustrated and sad though

Its a book that he follows....body for life

basically his work outs cosist of every other day working out for 20 mins on treadmill with at a scale from 5-10 five being minimal effort, 10 being maximum effort....so every minute he goes like this minute 1 - 5
minute two -6
minute 3 -7
minute 4-8
minute 5- 9
minute 6 - 5
minute 7 -6
minute 8 - 7
minute 9 - 8
minute 10 - 9
minute 11 - 10
and repeat one time
on the other days he does only 10 mins of cardio and then alternates arms and legs
2 days arms 1 day legs then the next week 2 days legs, one day arms.
he does 6 reps,
arms - chest back biceps, triceps, abs
legs, hamstrings quads, calfs butt
then he does 12 reps lightest weight
10 reps next heaviest
8 reps next heaviest
6 reps next heaviest
4 next heaviest
2 most heaviest....
I know this doesn't make too much sense! Sorry for being confusing
