Major P.C. Richard's Vent

DH & I purchased a barbecue last Sunday, and the delivery time was slated for 7am-10am today. They came and they delivered us an unassembled barbecue, even though we paid for assembly. They called the store, gave my invoice number, etc. and the store said that they cannot assemble that barbecue. I told them fine, leave the barbecue, but I would be calling the store to get my assembly money back.

I call the store, give them my invoice number, etc. They tell me that they delivered the wrong barbecue. They'll deliver the right one sometime today before 5pm, but they cannot tell me what time. They said the driver 'might call and he might not.' uhm, that is 8 hours from now! I have a million things to do plus I'd like to take a friggen shower!

I'm so aggravated. P.C. Richard's screwed up and now I can't get anything done all day because of them? Bull, bull, bull.
