Re: meatloaf recipe
DH makes it and it's so delicious - and easy!chopped meat
1-2 eggs depending on how much meat
handful or 2 of breadcrumbs
package of dry onion soup
few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
350 degrees for about 1/2 hr - 45 min until brown on top and meat is cooked thru
he doesn't add ketchup but you can do that and or add bacon strips on top

You can also add some pine nuts.

Re: meatloaf recipe
I do a cheesy meatloaf that DH loves1 lb beef
1 lightly beaten egg
3/4 cup of Mozarella cheese
2 tbs Pesto
3 Tbs water/milk/beer
1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp pepper (I use white due to an allergy)
Mix the egg, cheese, pesto, water, nutmeg and pepper in a bowl, then add in ground beef, mixing well. Put into a prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
comes out very moist because of the cheese
