my family is a bit phsycho lol

they 'forced' me to register for this stupid family tree website .... but then they took it waaaay too far. They invited EVERYBODY's relative ... so it's my family tree, and anyone who's ever married into the family (and their entire tree) and so on ...

what's worse is that i get at least one email from them every day with 'updates' like 'so-and-so added a new picture' or 'so-and-so's birthday is tomorrow' ... it's great to see ... except that i don't know 90% of these people!!!

so yeah my family went totally overboard with this stupid thing

Is it Geni.com? I started my family on that site a few years ago and the older family members use it like Facebook, sending birthday shout outs, etc. I regret signing everyone up for it too.

I can defintely see my family getting carried away with that kinda thing. They already are all obsessed with facebook!

oh man, i can see DH's family totally getting into something like this.... they're big into family reunions and such, so i really hope i don't get an invite for something like this!!
