my proofs vent!!!

So I picked up my proofs today- just as I thought, 341 pictures same ones as online. I am so fkcn pissed - there are so many pics that werent taken. The ones I am most upset about are the ones of Jerry up at the alter waiting for me- my brother saying one of the readings- pics of my rings. There are only 2 of our first dance (and they arent really that good) 2 of me walkingdown the aisle- none of my dad shanking jerrys hand. I can go on and on


And on top of it- I got some of another girls pics in with mine

I am sooooooooooooooo NOT happy!!!

I dont know if there are enough good pics for my album!!

I'm so sorry Celia. I can't believe they took so few!!! Did it outline on average how many pictures they expected to take in your contract? I mean you had them there ALL day- there should be hundreds of pictures, thousands even!

ETA: Is it that they gave you every picture they took or did they take more and jsut won't give them to you??

I checked my contract- there was no amount said that they will take. And your right they should have taken thouseands I had him with me all day for 8 1/2 hours (Iminus the 1/2 hour we went to see MIL)

If you had a videographer, they can give you prints from the video. Check with them as an option for more as you go crazy on your photographer.

Is the videographer from the same company? Even if you get stills from them, I'd still flip on the photog!!

No way!! Call your videographer and explain to thim EVERYTHING that happened and how you got scr*wed out of pictures and blah blah blah. I am sure he will hook you up

this is what i was thinking.

Speak with your photographer and see what happened to your pics. If not, do as the other girls suggested and get some stills from the videographer.

im soo sorry... i couldnt even imagine. i would deff call the company and find out what happened. did they give you any reasoning when u picking them up, why there are so few picctures?

First thing I would do is have a friend call and act like they want to book them...have them ask around how many proofs do u get etc..

Then I would call them complain and rip them a new one and say u just told my friend x amount

I would also ask on here and around with other girls who used them and see how many they got so u can use that also

Maybe your friends/family got some good pictures? I know I had some great shots from friends. im missing some pictures (rings, my dad giving me away and shaking Dino's hand, etc), but overall I got the shots I wanted. I would be fuming.

I used the same company as Celia and I got about 1,000 pictures but we had different photographers. while there are many pictures I loved he also didn't have a lot of pictures I would have liked to see. Celia, he doesn't have many close up pictures of me and DH which is very sad. All pictures are from a far. I have 5 pictures of the salad from JT! do I really need that? Call Jeff and complain, he should take care of it and if he doesn't, DEF do something about it!

I agree with everyone else. Go back to the company and make a big stink about it cuz it's not right thaty ou only have 300 something pictures.

Call the company and see if they will give you a Hi-Res. CD with the unedited pictures. He may only have given you 341 pictures but that's not all he took. He definetly took at least 1000 pics in that amount of time.

Tell them that you are unhappy, that you want the unedited pics and that you're not paying extra for it.
