Thanks girls for all your replies. When I go back next week I will be having a long talk with Jeff. The thing is I really loved this company- they were great to work with- I think it was just the photographer they sent me. I am also getting in touch with my video person to see if he cna give me some stills from the video.

I am so sorry...this is totally unfair and not right!!!

First thing I would do is have a friend call and act like they want to book them...have them ask around how many proofs do u get etc..

Then I would call them complain and rip them a new one and say u just told my friend x amount

I would also ask on here and around with other girls who used them and see how many they got so u can use that also

I used the same company as Celia and I got about 1,000 pictures but we had different photographers. while there are many pictures I loved he also didn't have a lot of pictures I would have liked to see. Celia, he doesn't have many close up pictures of me and DH which is very sad. All pictures are from a far. I have 5 pictures of the salad from JT! do I really need that? Call Jeff and complain, he should take care of it and if he doesn't, DEF do something about it!

I had alot of far away shots too but they told me they an do something about it- they an bring them in to be close up. I got NO pics of the food and I had a HUGE buffet I would have liked pics of

maybe if you look at them in a few days you can find some you really love and try focusing on those?

jackie- I did find like 5 I really love but I cant make an album out of those 5- I need to look though them again

OMG Celia, I am soooo sorry to hear that. I hope they do something for you. I mean for that amount of hours only 300 or so pics? That is disgraceful!!!

I have to give props to my photographer, he worked alone and was running all over the place and I got over 1000 pictures.
