Thanksgiving - Cause i go to Vegas and my birthday is only a few days away...

I'm a Christmas fiend!! I go nuts every year with decorating and baking and shopping. I didn't do anything last year because we had just gotten back from our HM and were moving into the new house so we didn't even have a tree I can't wait to decorate this year!

Second favorite is Thanksgiving. It's a 4 day weekend for me at work and it's great to not have any gift-buying stress. Also, I love what it represents. It just reminds me to be thankful every year.

Christmas! Why because of EVERYTHING. Music, being with family, the cold weather, the shopping, the cooking, NYC, people are (generally) in a better mood, the movies, the smells, getting Christmas cards, Christmas morning and the look on everyone's face when they open their presents, and obviously getting presents are cool too. I love Christmas because of everything that it is, even the things people usually hate about it.

Thanksgiving hands down. I love it because it's just getting together with family and doing my favorite thing, eating!!!

Christmas just stresses me out. I hate it... except for the presents.

well, my two favorite were christmas and thanksgiving, but it will be a while before I enjoy them again :(


now I would say Halloween, seeing all the kids so excited in their costumes, counting their candy

DEFINITELY Thanksgiving!!!!!!! The best food, all my family together, wine and laughing and good times.

I hate Christmas now that I have to spend it with my ILs....even though I am Jewish we have a nice Christmas day at my house with my parents and my brother...doing 'real' Christmas with my ILs is so stressed and miserable and not at all like I thought 'real' Christmas would be

I love Thanksgiving- the food, relaxation, watching the parade in the morning, catching up with friends I don't see that much.
I also love the night before the Thanksgiving and the day after- shopping time !

Christmas. For the last 6 years I've spent Christmas with DH's family (my family doesn't get together for the holidays). I love how we all gather together at my MIL's house. She makes lasagna and chicken parm and we all stuff ourselves and talk all day. And we all love guessing what crazy gift one of the aunts will give to the nieces and nephews. One year all the boys with cars got avon lock de-icers, another calendars and nail grooming kits. Last years was wooden puzzle brainteasers (btw, they're all 25 and up). We can't wait to see what she'll give them this year.

Halloween...duh...LOL

I love the fall and pumpkins, apples, leaves, pumpkin ale....all of it!!!! And its fun to dress up and see spooky houses all decorated...it is just so fun I love it!

Christmas and New Years Eve...The things I love about Christmas are Christmas movies, Manhattan during the holidays (window display at Macy's and Saks, the tree @ Rockerfeller Center, Radio City Xmas Spectacular and other shows)..

I'm not really a huge fan of gift giving/shopping for gifts..I mean it's nice but it gets to be a pain in the butt when you have a long list that you need to buy for and I always feel like it's a waste b/c people end up getting stuff they don't want. I'm kind of grinch-y like that...

I like NYE b/c for the past 5 years, DH and I just stay in, cook and watch the Times Square special..it's a nice relaxing night for the two of us and a perfect end to the holidays.

Christmas is absolutly my all ime favorite...decorating my Christmas tree is awesome plus its the ONLY time my whole family gets together. I do think this may change this year though...my gram passed away earlier this year and she always held the festivities. I was closer to her then my own mother and I cant even imagine feeling that joy again without her

My second is halloween...I LOVE to get all dressed up and to be silly. Candy is great, and my son loves it too

Christmas
The movies, cartoons music, decorations. The whole holiday spirit. Baking and more baking, buying presents/shopping, I get like a little kid. Even the memories of the past.
I have to say I love all fall holidays... Halloween, thanksgiving but Christmas is #1.
