NWQOTD 9/4
Today's question is inspired by my anger...Does your DH clean up after himself??
If I want this place to stay even some semblance of clean I am always the one putting dirty glasses in the sink or putting remotes away or picking up wet towels...and its double annoying because SD is just like her father.

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
mmmm most of the time no he doesn't. He's finally putting his underwear in the hamper instead of rolled up on the bathroom floor. hahahI am usually the one throwing out empty bottles, or cups, or putting things away.

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
No way....he's worse than my 5 year old son.I follow him as he walks...turning off the lights he left on, closing EVERY cupboard door he left open...flushing the toilet after he walks out...picking up the socks and underwear he just threw on the floor...
I could go on ALL day...haha

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
I love him but no. This is one of our biggest disagreements. Currently i have 3 jobs and he has one.... I just wish he would throw things out and put things in the dishwasher. But i do have to say he does the laundry so that makes it a little better.

No way! There's a magic fairy that puts dirty cups in the sink, dirty clothes in the hamper, folds clothes, and puts things away. Thats fairy's name is Colleen

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
I'll have to say he puts his glass in the sink and if he doesnt do it that night he will do it the next morning otherwise I wont make his lunch.
As far as his clothes we are still working on, he does put his works clothes in the seperate laundry basket and the other stuff is half n half.
He is good about bring in his plate and all from dinner.
He does hang his towel back up, thank God!!!
I was actually talking with my SIL last night and this is a BIG step for him.
So I will still train him

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
He will be really good after I get on him about leaving stuff around for like a week after and then it is right back to how it was before I said anything.I learned that if I don't pick up after him and just leave it, which drives me nuts, he eventually does it and then apologizes for not being neater. Especially if he needed something washed and I dont wash it because he didn't put it in the hamper...then he learns

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
Nope, never. I found an empty pack of cigarettes under the coffee table the other day - I wanted to kill him. He leaves his dirty dishes on the side of the sink instead of IN the sink, and is constantly leaving his xbox controllers and remote controls and ash trays all over the living room floor.

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
YES!DH USED to leave socks around but now he puts them in the laundry basket b/c its color coded.
Sometimes I leave glasses around and I will see him go around and pick them up for me and put them in the sink.
We both mess up a little and we both clean up so it's very 50/50.

Re: NWQOTD 9/4
Oh wow, guess I need to give DH a big kiss when he gets home. He makes the coffee in the morning, washes or puts his dishes in the dishwasher, takes out the garbage whenever it's full, and makes the bed in the morning.
