*~*~*¿NWQOTD Thursday 9/9?*~*~*

I woke up this morning to a sink with some dishes in them (pet peeve! - DH must've had some kind of late-night snack), really bad cramps (thanks, Aunt Flo!) and in overall a funky, not-so-charming mood. I didn't take it out on DH; I just find that doing that only prolongs my mood.

So, what do you do when you wake up in a funk like that?

For me, if it's a workday, I usually do two things - take a walk on my lunch break to clear my head a little, and go to the gym after work. This is my plan today...I didn't bring my lunch to work with me so I'll take a walk to my favorite organic cafe and grab some soup, and then end the day at a Pilates class.

On weekends, if I wake up like this, I usually will veg out in front of the boob tube for awhile, then decide to cook up some kind of new recipe. Basically, I have to work it out physically in some way, whether in the gym or by picking out a recipe, going to the store, and spending awhile in the kitchen.

Thankfully Shaun isnt usually home when I get up... so I usually just do what i have to do... then i get on the train and read and im fine when i get to work

On the weekends I would either go for a walk or clean and workdays I would just stay to myself and not really talk much until I was able to calm down

sometimes I take a walk to clear my head or just watch TV (I hardly watch on a normal day) or bake or hit the gym hard!!!

Honestly, if I wake up in a crappy mood, I have a smoke. Not the best thing I could be doing, but it helps me.

Weird!!! i SHOULD be, but I had a random 1 day of AF and then this is my third day of spotting... so i guess technically, I AM!

if i wake up like that, i will do one of the 4 following things (or any combination thereof):

1. be a complete bittch
2. eat whatever the fucck i want
3. drink alcohol
4. complain until it's time to go to bed

During the week DH is never home when I get up, lucky for him and most of the time on the weekends the same happens.

I will usually just veg out on the couch with dog and just watch tv, until I have to actually do something or feel like doing something
