oops forgot to answer the q.
if i wake up like that, i will do one of the 4 following things (or any combination thereof):

1. be a complete bittch
2. eat whatever the fucck i want
3. drink alcohol
4. complain until it's time to go to bed

unfortunatley i used to just have attitude all day until something changed my mood.

im been really trying to not be this way so now i just actively tell myself that if cramps, or dirty dishes, or whatever is the worst thing i have to complain about, then im pretty freakin lucky.

i know its a lame answer but sometimes when life smacks you in the face it puts everything into perspective
