PSA for dog & cat owners
Apparently this is old news (it happened about a month ago) but I just found out about it yesterday so I thought there might be some other dog owners who didn't know about it either:Pet Food Recall: Iams and Eukanuba
The only reason I found out about it was when we went to buy more food yesterday there was a sign about how Eukanuba had a 'shortage' - nothing about the recall. So when I got home I looked around and found these articles.
Luckily the Eukanuba we give our puppy wasn't on the list, but it very easily could have been.

omg! we used to give our pup eukanuba but I switched over to Blue Buffalo about 3 months ago. I thought Eukanuba was a better dog food but I read that it actually has a lot of crap in it. This makes me glad I switched!

Blue Buffalo is one of the best out there.
We decided not to use eukanuba because I feel like they always have issues

We use Science Diet for our cats but I am always terrified that something is going to happen to them because of them food.

I use Merrick wet food, its great, all natural ingredients. But I suppliment it with some dry food and she hated Merrick dry so I kept her on Eukanuba Pure Puppy for Small Breeds. Wonder if thats why she has diarrhea?I'm calling the vet, thanks.
