SIL VENT - Part 3

I promise I'll stop after this one hahaaaaa! I am overtired and cranky and hungover from Miami...plus, the board is slow so why not keep ranting and raving like a maniac about my in-laws?

Anyways, one of my SILs is 35 and single and is CONSTANTLY talking about men and dating and this and that....

I had a work dinner last week (or the week before - again, so braindead of Miami I can't keep track)...

One of the attendees at my dinner was a 37 year old cardiologist from Cornell. It dawned on me that he might be a good fit for my SIL so I casually mentioned something to him and he was totally up for getting introduced

(I've been in sales for SO long that I can sell ice to an eskimo...you all know how I feel about my SILs at this point so I obviously employed my sales skills as I was telling him how great, smart, etc she is)

So a few days later she texts me just to say hi and I responded back by letting her know I had someone that I'd like to introduce her to...

HER RESPONSE?!?!

'I don't know - doctors have such a horrible reputation for cheating on their wives...I will have to think about it. Also, not sure how I feel about blind dates'

First and LAST time I try to hook her @ss up. I hand her a handsome, smart, well-employed and well-mannered man on a silver platter. BITE ME.

And this is the reason why she's single...shooting down every person without giving them the opportunity. Let her find her own man then.
