Re: Sneakers

I know they can be kinda fugly...but I bought a pair if Skecher Shape Ups and they're sooo good for walking! After a few weeks I did notice a change in my calves! I really feel like they're working out my leg muscles and they're super comfortable to walk in!

Besides that, I'm a big New Balance fan

Re: Sneakers

Stick to ASIC and new balance. Stay away from Nike and puma

Re: Sneakers

ASICS are the best (according to many, not just me ) when it comes to running.

I just bought a new pair (got them for 55 bucks bc they were the sneaker I wanted but in last year's model...usually 100 even).

I also love nike 360s but hands down - if you are looking to walk - go with asics or a butt shaper.

I have the new balance bun shaping sneaks and they are pretty good. Mine are getting really old already and I won't be buying a new pair.

Re: Sneakers

I have the Reebok Easytones I use when I'm walking. If I'm running I'll get some kind of crosstrainer so that I can use for other things too.
