So now that we are all married...

What is one thing (or more if u want) that you are so glad you decided to spend the extra money on for your wedding...

Possibly something you were on the fence about or just knew it would make your day that much better?

Mine would be the videographers! I was dead set against video for the entire planning process....until another bride posted her teaser....and that was it, I needed it! I am so happy I got it. I love my teaser and my video!!! I even rehired them for my church ceremony in February!!!

Definitely the Photobooth!!! DH still has no idea what I spent on it - I told him I won it at a bridal showcase!

The shuttle bus to and from the reception for guests staying at the hotel. I didn't want to spend more money on transportation since we were pretty much at our budget limit with limos for the bridal party, but my sister convinced me that it was a good idea...and it was (dont tell her that

)

This shuttle ended up being a lifesaver and my guests were so grateful to have this, totally worth the money.

The gobo and the uplighting! Made such a difference to the ambiance of the room!
It was a last minute add on 3 weeks before the wedding!

my DOC

she was a lifesaver!!!! I had a major vendor issue on my day and she handled it for me as well as all the other million things I made her do

and also glad i did all the 'little things' because people loved them and raved about all the little touches

and little things... DIY gives DH and I a sense of pride that we had a significant part in our wedding.

I agree. I loveeeeed our gobo, and our DJ even got it framed for us. Its in my curio cabinet

The outdoor cocktail hour and my DOC!!

DH insisted on having the cocktail hour outside and I am so glad he did! It was absolutely gorgeous!!!!

I can't begin to tell you how stress free my day was knowing that my DOC was there to help me, I would definitely recommend that every bride invest in one!

uplighting and the photobooth - the room look GORGEOUS, IMO it totally set the mood for the night... and the photobooth added such a fun element! 100% so happy we sprung for those extras!!

And of course our long amazing honeymoon

Honestly, I wouldn't have done things any other way. Every time I look at my pictures I keep getting happy all over again
