Spare a prayer please?? **Update 10/21/11**

Hey ladies, Im not really a member of LIF and i'm scared of those preggers ladies over there anyway, my sister being one of them.

I just wanted to ask if you guys can spare a prayer for me and my unborn daughter. Yesterday I went into the dr.'s for a routine check up, I am 28 weeks pregnant, and before I knew it the doctor said I had to be rushed up to labor and delivery because I was going into labor. After spending 3 hours alone hooked up to monitors, they wouldnt let my husband in the room with me. In all honesty we both confessed this was the most terrifying moment in our lives. After all this time they checked us out and sent us on our way after a shot of steriods. At 5 am I was rushed back to the ER because I was experiencing all the symptoms of it again. After an hour a doctor came in and explained that she has a 100% chance of being born early as i tested positive on both tests he told me that it can either be next week or closer to her due date (january 6th) but she will be early.

I have never been more terrified. If you lovely ladies can spare a prayer for her more specifically, I'd be really greatful. I just want her to be healthy.

DH, Little Aria and myself can not thank you ladies enough for your prayers and thoughts. This has been the week from hell, I have been in and out of the doctors office being hooked up to all sorts of machinery to check on her heart beat. Today was the sonogram, with fear we both went into the room not knowing what to expect. The doctor and technician checked her size, bpm, weight etc...and when everything was said and done, they told us She's absolutely perfect in every way, there is not one thing wrong with her. I broke down with tears of joy, i was soo happy.

Thank you ladies soo much,I really really appreciate all the thoughts and prayers and so do DH and Aria. :)

A very close friend (her daughter calls me Aunt Nanny) gave birth at 28 weeks on August 14th...she wasn't due until Nov 4th. He was 2lbs 14oz. He came home yesterday...61 days in NICU at 5lbs, 8oz. He has to be on medication for a little while longer, but he's doing great. With today's medical technology, they are doing wonders for early births.

I have to admit, this is the second extremely close friend that gave birth early. My other very close friend (I'm her MOH in July) gave birth at 30 weeks. Her daughter is doing phenomenally and you would never know she was premature.

Like I said, tons of to you and your family/friends. I know how scary it can be...
