Re: super easy baked mac-n-cheese

I went and got the cheddar soup to make it tonight.

I got broccoli also to throw in there.

Although -- I'm thinking it also might be good with a can of the rotel diced tomatoes and chilis? What do you think I should go with?

if you add the can of the tomatoes, you might have enough juiciness to cover a WHOLE box of pasta. yum yum

i like things with a little kick, so i say go for the chili

Re: super easy baked mac-n-cheese

I was planning to double the recipe and make the whole box anyhow so DH can have it as leftovers...

... I'd drain the rotel can? I don't want all that tomato/pepper juice floating around in there...

Re: super easy baked mac-n-cheese

Update:

Came out great with the broccoli.

I forgot to put the layer of cheese on top before tossing it in the oven. But it was still really good.

I'm getting a second bowl and putting some frank's red hot sauce on top.
