The waiting game...WITH UPDATE

For real estate is enough to make me insane! We had an offer on our condo yesterday (yay!) but it was way too low (Boo!) so we counter offered this aftertnoon and are waiting to hear back! I can't even take it! And to top it all off we found the house of our dreams today as well...definitely our forever home! How do you homeowners deal with this!


ETA: SHE CAME UP!!! AHHHHH!!! THe condo is SOLD! YAY! (well, on it's way to being sold..have to do appraisal etc...)

I know! We've been trying to buy a house for 6 months now...the same house and everything is just taking forever! After we get past one curve ball...another is thrown at us. I dont know if Ill ever look into buying another house after this...
