I wanna know the most random/bizzare gift you have ever received???

I will never forget...I was 17 years old and just started dating my bf at the time. We were at his house with his family opening gifts and his grandma gave me a gift....I opened it and it was a brown teddy bear with a zipper on his back...I said 'aw how cute, thank you!!!' she then tells me to open the zipper...very excitedly I may add....and when I did I pulled out 3 satin and lace thongs!!! I was super embarrassed and wanted to crawl in a hole!

A kid in HS had a HUGE crush on me...he went to some horse race and brought me back this hiddeously ugly horse head on a silver chain. I still have it someplace bc every once in a while my friends and I pull it out and have a great laugh. This same guy also emailed me a month before my wedding and said that I was making a HUGE mistake marrying my DH bc fate had him and I together. Yup...kept that email too bc you can't make this sh!t up

OH, and on of my BM for my shower got me lingerie and one piece had a matching loin cloth for my DH. My MIL yelled out, 'That won't fit him...he's got big feet...size 13's to be exact.' I tried to ignore her, but she said it like 4 times.

Lets see, this is a sad gift, but it still makes me !

In 8th grade I had my birthday at a local pizza place and invited all my friends. My best friend growing up gives me a gift from her and another girl who I wasn't really friends with, but she was her friend so she was invited. Anyhow it's a Run for Hope t-shirt (you know the ones you get for running the race) and a picture of her and the other girl in a frame that said Best friends forever! Oh yeah! I cried for hours after that! Needless to say my friend was shocked, she obviously didn't know the other girl did that! Anyhow, we didn't talk for years, but in junior year of high school we became friends again! I still wonder what was going through the chicks head when she wrapped that! I never knew someone could be that mean!

I've gotten some random first date gifts.

One guy gave me a silver necklace with a silver hersey's kiss charm on it. I think he even said his mom helped him pick it out Anyway, super awkward for the first date and kinda cheesy in my opinion. Have no idea where that necklace is.

On another first date with one of those army guards at Penn Station the guy gave me his umbrella to keep because it was raining. That was fine since it was a cool umbrella but the date overall was soooo bad and he was sooo weird. When I was trying to leave he insisted that I follow him to his car because he 'had something for me.' Anyway, i probably shouldn't have followed him but I did and my special present was an 'I <3 Army' Keychain, calendar, etc.

I felt like I was being recruited. such a weird guy. I get goosebumps thinking about it

oh yeah, and an ex BF was really into this series of books and would always try to get me to read them and I would refuse because I am not into sci fi. I told him a million times I wasn't interested.

What did I get as a bday present? Or maybe it was christas. the friggin trilogy. I was soooo annoyed.
