What food do you hate?

For me,
Persimmons - hate the after taste in your mouth, gross!
Steak/Beef - seriously just looking at the grisle and fat on a steak will make me gag
peppers yuck

I dont like veggies...
thats why i NEVER lose weight lol bc i dont incorporate veggies to my diet!!!!!!

ugh tongue - it's so gross

i also hate bitter melon. i don't know why my mom makes it. the sauce and beef totally doesn't mask the bitterness of it. gross

omg that looks very similar to something MIL makes that's a portuguese stew with tripe. I LOVE IT! She was so impressed when i ate it with no problem probably one of the reasons I won her over

The only thing I really hate is meat fat. Like anything with the white fat or BLECH yellow chicken fat on it. oh gawd, it's nasty.

For this reason, I hate this meat called sang gyup sal which is basically thick, uncured bacon that you grill.



it's sooo popular with koreans and marco loves it too but seeing the layers of fat skeeves me out

omg DH is filipino and there are some interesting food choices....

evita can chime in here if she wants

corn and cheese icecream
balut (fertilized egg with dead baby chick inside )
dinuguan (pork blood stew)



ugh i could go on forever. there are plenty of filipino foods i like but when this stuff is on the table it makes me gag!!!

and also, we have the lamb head thing too. damn guineas.

haha i have to say that i'm very proud of DH for eating pretty much every filipino food out there regardless of gross factor - including the ones you listed on top!
