What should I wear under

my graduation gown?

DH and I are going to a late lunch afterwards with my parents and brother!

Sidenote - NYU's cap & gown are ALL PURPLE...I tried it on and I look like grimace!!

I wore black shiny pants and this 80's looking off the shoulder forest green shirt. I looked hot

some ppl were wearing business suits, others were less formal like me. but all dressed up in some way or another.

Yes, a sundress!!!!

@ Grimmace- one of my friends from college actually calls his mother Grimmace (yes he's a horrible person) and thats all I can think about whenever I hear the name.

I'm sure you're going to be one hot grad. Yay Heather!!!!!

Are all of the NYU classes doing graduation at Yankee Stadium today? DH's cousin is graduating from nusring school today!

Today is the All University commencement at Yankee Stadium! All students - undergrad, masters/grad, and doctorate (law, med, phd) - are invited to today's event! They recognize each degree program...not each student by name.

I decided to only ask my family to go to one event so I am participating in the graduate convocation which is tomorrow. Its at the Javitz center and it is only for NYU Stern grad students....they call your name and you walk and get your diploma, etc. Most of my friends on the graduate level...at least from business school....are only going to the convocation!
