What to get for 3 year anniversary?

I cannot believe it has almost been 3 years! I want to surprise DH with a nice gift and possible weekend away...any suggestions?

We did the traditonal gifts - I got him a watch with a leather band (traditional) and he bought me a beautiful crystal candlestick holder (modern).
