Janis my problem is that our company is very casual. no one wears suits. if I wear one ppl will think I am going to an interview or will make a remark of 'oooooh someone dressed up today ' LOL
I need a better casual wear but dont want to buy anything

sweaters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! a nice, fitted sweater. or a trendy blazer do WONDERS !

a cute blazer even over a tee, i think looks great

soo many blazer out there. and you can find good finds. just keep an eye out

Since I'm on a construction site I'm usually in jeans or leggings with either sneakers, uggs, or flats (I have a pair of work boots under my desk). My tops are usually sweaters, sweatshirts, or long sleeve shirts (I can't wait t-shirts in my trailer bc they always have the AC on).

It takes me a half hour to get ready in the morning and that's me taking my time, feeding Avery, getting lunch together, etc. I'm up at 6 and I'm out the door by 6:30. If I shower the night before the I'm up and out the door in 15 minutes. I have to be presentable at work but anthing too nice and they think I have an interview somewhere.

I work in a yeshiva school so I wear skirts past my knees and a nice top that covers past my elbows (not fun when it starts getting hot!). I usually wear shoes with a small heal or in the winter my uggs.

I usually just put on foundation and powder...dont overdo the makeup and straighten my hair.

Depends on how I feel when I wake up I don't do anything outfit wise till I wake up I'm so lazy at night. Its business casual mon-thurs and I hate skirts so its either black pants, leggings or my nifty plaid pants with a top. Lately I've been wearing my boring black pumps but I do wear my flats once a week. Once its warmer the open toed shoes come out. On fridays its jeans, a top and flats/flops/ sneakers. Makeup if I get up early enough ill do it but lately with my eyes in the mrning I haven't done it. My hair is usually up unless I just straightened it (till I get a hair cut).
