yay or nay (shoes)

ok so i was all about buying non-brand shoes until my mom got me a $100 gift cert to zappos (yay)

do we like this shoe (prob in black):
BCBG

Do you think it's pretty? ugly? too high?

i generally don't even wear heels so i'm really nervous about the 4.5' heel (with 1.25' platform) but i can always return it for free if need be.

if you hate this one but have any other ideas, i'm open to suggestions

dont like the 1st shoes in black, but the white and red are so so so sweet
really really dont like the Jes Simps ones

ok, dude

there's no outfit in mind ... i just want to have something nice that i could wear to work as well as out .... in black.

and it should be comfy because i'm terrible with heels (i rarely ever wear them, and if i do, they're 2'-ish)

i do realize it's not at all what i was asking for but i like something about them (i'd get the neutral colored ones)

if you don't hate them, I'd prob get them AND a black pair that one of you guys found (or possibly the JS ones i mentioned originally)
