Limo: Royalty Limousine – A

Overall our experience with Royalty Limo was great. All the drivers were prompt if not early, new their way around and very courteous. We highly recommend Royalty to anyone.

Make-Up: “Sachiko” - A
She was amazing and very nice. She did all my BM's hair/make up. She spent 3 hours on my trials; we must have tried at least 8 different hair styles until I finally made my decision.

Wedding Dresses: “Alita Graham” (Kleinfeld) and “Giovanni Ravello” - A
Many people told me that Kleinfeld have bad service, but I had very good experience there, I was there 2 times before I purchased my dress and both sales ladies treated me very nice. I have no complains at all.

Giovanni Ravello made a custom dress for me and it was simple but elegant, I had so many complements for that dress. He is easy to work with, and very sweet guy. I had an amazing experience to see my dress was made from scratch to finish. It was wonderful feeling that I can discuss my dress design with the designer.

Jericho Terrace - A
The Place was nice, the food was good and the staff was wonderful. The only thing I wish was that they knew how to bustle my dress, there was some confusion. Also they forgot my cake topper until the florist put the flowers on the cake already so they had to put my cake topper in the front.

Marie Stack (MAS Music) - A+
She was our Musician for our Christan ceremony and cocktail hour. Wonderful Lady. Highly recommend her.

Photographer/videographer: “True Love Wedding” - A
We had 2 different one for each day, We Love TLW's proofs so much, the photographer Johnny’s work was amazing! We couldn't believe how well the pictures came out. The only thing was he was suppose to take 800 pictures but we only got 400, But we didn't care too much since 90% of the 400s were so good We didn’t know which ones to pick. The Videographer turnaround time was very fast, we got our DVD in less that 2 months and it came out very good too, just like the pictures.

Florist: “Fleurafina” - A+
Richard was very talented and his work was amazing. We used him for both days and the arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and his price was very reasonable. I will use him again in the future for my anniversary and other parties.

Okay, now it is the best part:

DJ - “DJ Kucha Company” - F- (if there is a lower rate I will give him that)

We booked DJ Kucha (Satbir Kucha), and very nicely, he DID NOT show up at our weddings. On both nights he sent someone else who had no idea about our names, our first dance songs and our rundowns. The best part was, the first sub DJ was 1 hour late so on the first day it was a mess at the beginning. DH was about furious and called the Satbir Kucha 100 times, but he did not answer or return any of his calls. After about 2 hours another sub sub DJ (not Kucha or even anyone who works for him) arrived and things got a little better.
The second day the sub was a lot better, (we had more time to prepare too, however my DH’s brother in-law spent most of his time on the phone with the DJ from morning till the reception time). I give him more credit coz he played okay and tried his best to keep the party going. We were okay with him. He didn’t play the songs we wanted but he did play our first song.

Beside DJ Kucha, all my vendors were wonderful. I highly recommend any of them. One thing that Mr. S Kucha is good for is at being unprofessional and not returning your calls. BTW we found out later that he got a gig in Aruba on our Wedding day and so he just decided that our Wedding was not very important and he just decided to forget about it…You can email the better business bureau of Nassau county to check about our complaint. Beware of DJ Kucha Company!!!

Beside this, everything else was wonderful and we still had a great time. All my other vendors were wonderful.
