Hi All LIW'ers!!! I am FINALLY back to write my review. I want to thank you all again for all your support in my wedding planning journey. I could not have done it without you!!!!

Here it goes....

Rehearsal Dinner: Sonoma Grill in Bohemia A+++
I cannot take credit for this great find! My mother in law had offered to take the reins on this one and I am glad she did. The location is very intimate and accomodating. We received great service and the food was fabulous.

Sweet Karma Bakery - A
I gave Sweet Karma an A not because the grooms cake wasnt amazing but because on the day of pick up (the night of the rehearsal) we had scheduled to pick up the cake at a certain time and when we arrived, we had to wait over a 1/2 hour for the cake to be finished. As you can imagine, the day before the wedding is mayhem and this was definitely an inconveinence, however, they did wooo us over with sweets while we waited and the cake came out great. My DH is very much into the UFC and they created a great replica of the ring.

Lillette's - A++++
I found Lillette's after reading a very convincing review on LIW. I had been looking around for dresses for a while and was becoming very frustrated with the quality of service we were receiving. Pat at Lillette's was fantastic. She was genuine and sincere. She helped me find a dress that was well...very...ME :) My dress was comfortable and I felt beautiful. The alterations department was great, my girls got their BM dresses there as well with no complaints.

Town And Country Tuxedos - A
Town And Country were pretty good. The customer service was great and the prices were right. My only quam about this vendor was the quality. Two of the groomsmen lost buttons on their jackets. Other than that, the guys looked handsome :o)

'The Lady' from Even*paprie - A+ Tessa gave the personal touches that I had wanted in an invitation. I was able to design and create the invitation with her which made this experience very special. I used her for my invitiations and then carried the theme of her work through out my wedding by having her design my place cards, table #'s, and programs as well.



Weather - A++++ I tried not to stress too much about the weather as ultimately this is not something I can control. We had such a gorgous day. The sun was shining and it was a comfortable 75 degrees. I couldnt have asked for a better day :o)

St. Francis De Sales - A+++
I LOVE my church. I grew up in this parish so it definitely made things very special. Our deacon and family friend, Marty, made this experience. The ceremony was carried out beautifully. We had decided to light the way with lanterns down the aisle which gave a very romantic feel to the church.




Chateau La Mer - A+++ CLM is the greatest. Trust the reviews, they won't do you wrong. We had impeccable service. Nick our Maitre'D and Sam our bridal attendant were superb. We even had time to ENJOY our dinner!!! The food was great and so was the atmosphere. AMAZING!!!

Elegant Limo's - A+++
We had rented the 18 person Escalade. The car was in great condition. The interior was new, the car was clean, and the bar was fully stocked. Elegant Limos arrived on time and the service was great. No complaints.

Tropica Florist in Hauppauge - A++++
Alice is a family friend, so I immediately felt comfortable working with her. She did a great job. She replicated the pictures I had shown her exactly. It was pretty amazing. She was very thorough and I really felt that she heard what I was asking for. I really appreciated all of her personal touches. She gave us an abundance of flowers to top our cake with. We were married on mother's day weekend, she provided us with 2 roses, with delicate butterflies attached to the leaves to give our mother's at the ceremony. It was so nice. The bouqets came out perfect as did the centerpieces and church flowers. It was also nice that she only caters to one wedding a day. I definitely felt like we received undivided attention.





Black Forest Bakery - A +++
Again, another vendor that was outstanding!! CLM uses Campbells bakery now but we had requested Black Forest as our family has been going to Black Forest for years. The intricate detail on the cake was unbelievable, not to mention how awesome it tasted. You can't go wrong at Black Forest.


Unlimited Entertainment - A+++
The DJ's were great! They played a great variety of music that catered to everyone. Everyone was on the dance floor the whole night. I really liked how the DJ's didnt talk too much and really let the party take its course. We were able to do the necessary stuff l(our dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouqet toss, etc...) but we still had time to dance too which was nice.

Morgan's Bay Confectioner's - A+++
We went Morgan's Bay on a cold snowy day. It is located in a beautiful location, right on the bay in Babylon Village. It was so nice to find such a friendly group that was just as passionate about a great piece of chocolate as I am. We tried several truffles, before deciding on dark chocolate with orange and milk chocolate oreo. They were so delicious. The group at Morgan's Bay threw in complimentary chocolate cheesecake strawberries for our bridal party, which were so convienently waiting for us in our bridal sweet. We were so impressed at the airport on our way to our honeymoon, we ordered to plates to be sent to our mother's for Mother's Day.



Duet Photography - A+++
We heard about Duet from LIW. We tried them out with our engagement photos and were blown away. Our wedding day was no different. Alberto's team was on time and on the scene. They captured every moment. We couldnt be happier. Hopefully, when we start our family, we can call on Duet again :o)





Sandals Emerald Bay - Great Exuma, Bahamas
A++++
We had a great time in Exuma. It is a private island in the Bahamas, a perfect getaway after long planning and partying. We took a small private plane to this romantic island, where we were greated by locals. The Sandals resort was all inclusive with butler service. We felt like celebrities. The butler drew us baths, had wine and cheese for us upon returning from our room, brought us dinner by the water...it was fabulous. I kept saying I felt like I was on an episode of the Bachelorette LOL. Everything was so beautiful. I definitely highly reccomend this resort, especially for a honeymoon.

What a beautiful wedding!!! Love the color scheme, especially the BM dresses! Gorgeous! You looked stunning!!

I love the lanterns hanging from the pews at the church! That's exactly what we wanted to do but our church wouldn't allow it!
