THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE!!!

Weather A+:
Although it was 95 degrees the sun was shining and the thunderstorms held off until after the cocktail hour. I was so happy that we could have our CH outside because the Watermill grounds are beautiful!

St. Kilian RC Church Farmingdale: Everything was beautiful and Father Joe was the best!

Watermill A-:
The watermill is absolutely beautiful! The service was excellent and the food was amazing. The room was set up just as I wanted it to be. There were few small issues that future watermill brides should look out for. They had us cut the cake about 1 ½ hours before the reception ended. Idk if this is usually what happens but a lot of my guests left right after that. Also, I noticed in my video that the watermill staff started to clean up while my reception was still going on…this to me was unacceptable. There were a few other small details that were not handled in the way that I had trusted that they would be but overall everything went very smoothly.

Freedom Hair Designers A+:
I have been going to Kathy at Freedom Hair in Farmingdale for years. We did two trials and my hair the day of came out exactly how I wanted it to. My girls hair came out beautiful also!

Makeup by Mike A+:
Mike did a great job with our make up and I would highly recommend him! FM me for his contact info.

Bridal Reflections B+:
I loved my dress and had a great experience with them until my alterations started. The staff can be extremely snobby at times and I felt rushed through my alterations. My bustle loops weren’t strong enough to hold my bustle and one of the loops ripped half way though my reception. My dress came in on time and looked beautiful the day of.


Bridal Elegance B:
Phyllis was able to get my bridesmaid dresses for about $70 less than the original bridal shop where I saw them. Some issues included late arrival of dresses, rude staff and rushed alterations.

Sandy’s Shoes A+:
Wonderful experience for both my girls and I- also MOB shoes. Dying was done on time and looked great. My shoes were very comfortable.

Programs and menus A+:
These were a DIY and were worth the time put into them. Pics of the program can be found in my

Flower Barn A+:
Mike was so great to work with. The flowers were beautiful and his pricing is very reasonable. I absolutely loved my cake flowers!

Bellarino Productions A+++++:
I can’t say enough about Phil and Kate from Bellarino. They are possibly two of the nicest people that I have ever met. We received a phone call from them on every holiday and were always prompt to answer phone calls or e-mails throughout our experience with them. My video is more than I ever thought it could be and I can’t stop watching it! They were by far my best vendor and I will recommend them over and over again!

All Star Limo A+:
Showed up at our houses early and got us to the church and watermill on time. The drivers were nice and very helpful. Beautiful cars!

Peat Moss and the Fertilizers A+:
My husband and I are big fans of Peat Moss and couldn’t wait to book them for our wedding. The dance floor was packed the entire night! I would recommend them and loved that they came with a DJ also for the songs that they do not play. Pictures in my album.

Los Bandidos A+:
Cocktail Hour band. Highly recommended! Latin/Jazz style music that was perfect for the CH.

Holiday Inn Express Haupaugge A:
The Holiday Inn supplied a shuttle to and from the Watermill which worked out great.
The hotel was extremely crowded but everything went smoothly. They were very willing to hand out the out of town bags.

Honeymoon Hawaii Visitor Center A+:
I booked our honeymoon through the Hawaii Visitor Center which is a wholesale travel agent. I worked with Patti and she was extremely helpful. We stayed at the following hotels and I would recommend them all;
Oahu: Outrigger Reef
Maui: Hyatt
Kuaui: Hyatt
