I am back- here are the details of my fabulous wedding!!!!!

Hi Ladies.

Firstly I want to say thank you. I am so grateful to have found this website. I met some special women and got some awesome ideas. I had a FANTASTIC Wedding , but I cannot take complete credit. I owe it all to you guys!!!!!

Dress- David's Bridal (Yonkers, NY) A- not much to say - I saw a dress loved it and bought it. I had no problems with customer service.

Alterations- Lily Bridals (NYC) F+

Why the plus?- because after explaining to her what I needed 50 million times she finally did it right.
Two friends of mine used her for their wedding dresses and had good things to say about her, so I took a chance. This woman is so unprofessional, un reliable and slow. I will never go to her again.

Dante Tuxedos (Westchester Avenue- Bronx) B+
All was well except for the Best Man had a stain on his Tux. Other than that everyone else was happy with their tuxes.

Hampton Inn and Suites (Rockville Centre) A+

This is a beautiful hotel. It is brand new. The rooms are gorgeous!!!! The staff was sooo accomodating. They let me check in super early to get ready which was good. I also stayed there for the wedding night and it was the best!!!!!

Hair- Juliana Marie Beauty Salon (Bronx, NY) A+

This woman is my regular hairdresser. She does great work. So I thought why go elsewhere? She knows me,knows my hair. A no brainer. She did a GREAT job. I loved my hair. I only paid $35 for an elegant updo- you can't beat that. Also Latina women do fantastic hair. I love this women!!!

Makeup- My aunt who is a Mary Kay artist did my makeup. It looked so natural and that is what I wanted.

Ceremony Music- Jim Lowe- Pianist A+

What a class act!!!! My only regret is that I only got to say two words to him. I was being pulled to take pictures. He played beautifully. My guests were so impressed with him. For the unity candle lighting he sang 'One Hand One Heart', it was lovely.

Limousines- Ultimate Class A+

Professional, on time and cars were in great condition.

Florist- Wick's A+

All I can say is wow!!!! They really did a beautiful job. Everything was just as I wanted them. They are the house florist of Coral House and they are amazing!!!! I loved the flowers. They are also very reasonably priced.

Photographer- Patken

Can't give a grade yet because I do not have my proofs yet, but I will say Steve is awesome. I had a great time with him. He is so much fun, we were wll very comfortable with him.

DJ Mandusa - A+

THANK YOU RADIO STAR - for introducing me to this man. He really made my party. He played the music I wanted- R&B,Hip Hop, Salsa, Socca,and Reggae. The dance floor was packed all night. The wait staff and even my photographer commented on how great he was. My guests loved him so much that a few of them asked him for business cards. Can I say it again- I had a fantastic wedding.

Video- Sorry ladies, but I did not go professional on this. I am in the minority, I do not really like video. I had my cousins fiance and my BIL's videotape the wedding. I watched it before I left on my honeymoon and it was pretty good. I saw my ceremony and a whole lot of the ceremony- key moments were definetely captured.

Coral House- A+

I must say there were some disparaging comments made about my hall and it really upset me.

However Coral House is awesome!!!! I am so glad I chose this place. The food and service were excellent. I got married out by the lake and it was so lovely. This place is super organized. Nothing went wrong. They are very on top of things. My guests had nothing but positive things to say about them. They really went above and beyond to make my ay perfect. There were two other parties that night and I am being honest- I did not notice them at all. You get treated as if you are the only party there. If I had to do it over again I would still have my wedding there. It is top notch treatment at a reasonable price. I was able to have a Saturday night wedding in September. It was great!!!

Wedding Rings- Murray Kirsch (NYC) A+

Thank you JennBaby for introducing me to him. He is a true talent. Our rings are beautiful!!! He is such a reputable jeweler, that is hard to find.

Honeymoon- Riviera Maya- A

We stayed at the Moon Palace Resort. This place is huge!!!! We had a great time-we sat by the pool, went on tours to see the Mayan Ruins, went on a Lobster dinner cruise, we did a lot of relaxing, because I needed it. The food was typical resort food. Some good some ok. This is a great place for homeymooners. If you want more of a nightlife- you may have to go outside of the resort.

All in all my day was perfecto!!!!! I am so happy!!!!

Congratulations and Fabulous!!! How was Dante's Tuxedos???? (I'm using them as well) And where is this hairdresser in the Bronx because I live in Riverdale and need one - especially a Latina hairdresser - they're the best!!
