Wanted to share a review because Ifound so many things helpful from this site!

Dress and Alterations- Kleinfelds - A+++++++
My consultant at Kleinfelds really made the difference, I came in with no idea of what kind of dress I wanted and Sarah helped to pick the perfect Lazaro gown. When I was in the main room in the gown the owner Ronnie came out to weigh in on the dress selection, which really shows that everyone in teh salon has the time to help. Sarah was even understanding that I wanted to come back the followung saturday to purchase the gown with my mom and future mother and law. I ordered the dress in January and in August when the dress came in they were very helpful in finding the right alterations person for me. Alterations were also a breeze, I believe my Rosa was my girl. But she went above and beyond my expectations. When I brought in my bra, she noticed that it was a little big and altered that for me. As a plus size bride I was concerned about the dress not being supportive enough and ot fitting the right way. Rosa made sure that the dress fit perfectly and even though it was strapless I didnt have to worry about it all night. My only problem with the dress was the bustle. Even though the ties were sewed in tight, by the end of the night my bustle had fallen because too many people had stepped on it.

Bridal Accesories - DSW, QVC, Macy's and Kleinfelds - A++++
Shoes - Were Nina, a plain white satin d'orsay shoe, heel height was perfect and I wore them for the majority of the night. I would buy them a size smaller, they did start to stretch out a bit so I switched to flip flops.
Necklace - QVC esposito diamonique, my dress details were very vintage art deco and i wanted something to match.
Headpiece - I ended up purchasing my headpiece at my final fitting, I would recomend calling Kleinfelds to see when they have their clearences on headpieces. It just so happend that wee they were having sales on older products, I payed $99 for a $800 headpiece.
Earings - Macy's good value for diamond drop earings, I aslo bought my girls their earings from here, they were delicate gold earings ata great price.

Bridesmaid Dresses and MOB Dress - RK Bridal/Dessy Collection - B
I had 7 girls in my bridal party and luckily we found a dress by Dessy that suited all of them. We ordered the dress from RK Bridal with their no frills package. Basically you measure, you order them with them at the counter and you are responsible for alterations. My only concerns with RK is that they arent the most pleasant of people to deal with, but because you get the no frills package the price is right.
My moms dress was the same, no frills package, but they have the best selections of dresses to choose from.

Photography - Cassarino Studios - A+++
Photojournalist - Razz
Photographer - Ray
Cassarino was pleasure to work with from the begining, they were on time the day of the wedding and really made everyone feel comfortable. We ended up with over 2000 proofs to go through between the two photographers. I really wanted them to take the reigns and I didnt want to have to direct them the whole day, and thats what we got. We have beautiful shots that arent all posed. Razz ended up staying way passed our discussed end time.

Reception - Terrace on the Park-Penthouse - A+++++++
We chose TOP because of the location, it was easily accesable by our nyc and long island guests. We ended up with the penthouse room, with the outdoor roof top deck. From the minut we booked the room, James was very helpful in planning the night. The night off we didnt have to worry about one thing! James made sure that the band was set up, he made sure our guests were comfortable and that our drinks were always full. The staff was pleasant and helpful andmade sure the entire night ran smoothly. I am so happy with the entire night and would recomend this venue to anyone.

Music - DJ PIOTR/STAGES A++++++++++
My husband and I come from two very different backgrounds and our guest reflected that. My family is Polish andmy husband has more of an eclectic mix. When we were planning music, I wanted a band that could play Polish music and my husband wanted more American music. We eneded up with a dj and band.
DJ PIOTR - Awesome DJ!! In addition to playing Polish music, he also played a lot of dance music that the band did not play. He was great at getting all of our guests on the dance floor and keeping them there.
STAGES - For those that are from Long Island, Stages is a regualr at many long island bars. The range they play is huge and many of my guests told me they had to keep looking towards the band to see if it was them playing or if it was the dj playing the song. They did a great job of keeping everyone on the floor.

Limos - RJS Limos
We had an Escalade and a Rolls Royce and a party bus to transports guests to and from the hotel and reception hall. Limos were ontime, clean, and our drivers were excellent.

Also I didnt write this in teh review because i forgot, but my veil was made by Barrons at TriCounty in Levittown.
I had such a hard time finding a veil that fit what i wanted and they worked with me to pick out the style and beading.
I heart them!
