Amazing. At the end of it all they were my favorite vendor. If I had more cash on me Sat. I would have doubled their tip! Tio and Nicolette were the best and if I owned a RH I would try to steal them away ( I might make a business proposal to start and RH with them anyway They were the essence of true customer service and efficiency as was the rest of staff. I must also give props to our coordinator Neal from working so well with us from day one.

If she bottled her energy I would try to buy it from her. I cannot believe she was going for 12 hours without taking a break. I had to remind her to eat something. The shots she shared with us were great and I can’t wait to see the proofs.

Professional and fun. AJ was a great sport with my Dad who kept trying to feed him and my mom who kept showing him every single thing I had done from 0 yo. through 26yo. Their filming seemed amazing and I cannot wait to see it all. My bridal party was like, did you hire a movie crew? LOL.

I was 30 minutes late to this church and with their hectic scheduling that’s enough said. No pics at the church for us. ?

In Full Bloom
My favorite thing about meeting Marie was that I only gave her an idea of what I wanted. Then she creatively came up with her own concept; as opposed to just replicating the pictures as I gave them to her. The only thing with them is that I felt that the pricing for the flowers for our cake (last minute two weeks before) was very inflated and double what the bakery quoted us. Otherwise they did a good job.

2 Limos
Double booked our Rolls Royce so we did not get one. They only told FH when he went to pay it off. Then on the ride over the limo person got lost coming from the Bronx (adding to the lateness) me and my Dad had to guide her on getting onto the Throgs Neck. Finally the limo drivers kept fighting amongst themselves. The following limo kept accusing the leading limo for speeding. I did not think she was speeding. But their supportive services when it came to other things: fixing bustle, veil, making sure that the unity candles were taken, helping my grandmothers, giving us champagne and overall demeanor was awesome.

Bridal, MOH and MOB makeup
She is a vendor from NYCity Weddings and she did a great job and her personality was phenomenal. My Mom, sister and I have completely different coloring and complexions and she did a great job on all of us. My Mom is darker coloring and her make-up looked great. My sister (MOH) had been so nervous and stressed that she had completely broken out and she covered all of it. I looked radiant. We did run behind schedule so that was a bit of ding.

As part of my wedding present I got my groom a Dominican Cake in the shape of a Jack Daniels bottle. The design was awesome but the cake was dry.

All pre-wedding interactions with all staff (except our decorator) were kind of unpleasant. Our decorator Christine was excellent and the cake came out exactly like what we wanted. We got a lot of compliments on how the cake looked as for taste, it was OK.

Tux King and Limo Depot

A mixed bag on their customer services but the tuxes looked great. They did miss the pocket squares though and that was disappointing.

Did not show up for the church to hotel pick up! Thank god for my friend from Cali who is a very take charge type of person and settled everything and got my guests to the hotel for the 4.5 hour gap between church and reception. They did show up at the RH at the end

Overnight stay
Great price, nice place, clean, good pool, good breakfast and simple check out. They were very patient in dealing with us and our wild partying by two at two of our guest rooms. Don’t be turned off by their old fashion sighns the rooms are very nice.

Great price, good sangria and good food. We got a private room for buffet style dining as well as 5 choices for napkin colors. The only thing was that the some of the staff ate from the food while it was still out for our guests. The best thing about them was the price
