My July 25th review!

It all went by so fast! I can't believe it is over with. The day was wonderful and the weather turned out to be great also, I didn't think it would by the way it was in the A.M. but when I was getting my hair done the sun started to come out.

Anthony & Co (Hair) A: I was so happy with the way Anthony did my hair for the weddidng it was exactally what I had wanted. I was having a hard time finding somewhere to go on a Sunday to have our hair done.

Beautiful Possibilities A+: Dina did an awsome job! She is such a sweetie! I had 2 make up trials 1 with a lady that did a horrible job and charged a fortune. Then I had a trial with Dina, I loved the way my make up looked at my trial. On the day of the wedding she came over my house early set up, did my Mom's make up and then I got back from getting my hair done and she did my make up then my MOH! I switched around the colors a little from what I had at the Trial she was great and had no problems with it at all. The best part of it was when she was all finished she had this sparkely powder that smelt so good, it was a very relaxing & soothing scent that I put on my neck and back that finished the look! My make up stayed on great the entire day! I got so many complaments. I would reccomend Dina in a heart beat! She is great!

Flowers by Burton A+: Flowers and Bridal party dresses. We got the girls dresses from them and Carol & Karen were wonderful and so helpful and pleasant. They were very patient with me especially since I could not make up my mind and I had a lot of questions I kept calling or emailing them. They can get any dress as long as you show them a PIC and know who the designer is. Their prices are unbelievable and so are the alteration charges. I wish I had ordered my dress with them instead (See below) I also got my Veil and Headpiece from them. All the flowers were beautiful Mike was great to work with. I bought in PICS of color schemes I like and he helped my pick out flowers.

Michael O'Neill Photography (PIC & Video) Cannot grade him yet but so far its an A+ I had my proofs before I got back from HM and they all came out beautiful It will be had to choose 100 of them out of the 700 proofs I received. Michael and his assistant Mark were great to work with they were very patient especially since I had 4 little peopleinmy wedding under the age of 5. Kathy his wife has been great through the whole process too I can't wait to work with her on putting our album together. I also can't wait to see my video so I can actually absorb the events of the day, it went by too fast.

The Limo Connection:B
The Limo's we had wear great the only complaint I had was that the A/C was not the greatest it might be because we had a 1931.

Top Shelf (Skyline Orchestra): A+
I absolutely am so happy I decided to go with them as we were getting closer to the wedding I was 2nd guessing that I should have gotten a DJ instead but I am so happy we used Top Shelf they did an awesome job. They were just as good at my wedding as they were @ the showcases!

John Anthony's: B+
The service was wonderful I am glad I decided to stick it out and stay with them. The Matrie'd was great very accommodating. The food was great from what I heard from guest and DH, I didn't really get to eat much. The only reason I gave them a B+ is because I was not happy with the Shrimp Bar we paid extra for. I don't know if I misunderstood when it was explained to us or if they just didn't do it the way I was expecting. But it wasn't that big of a deal nobody noticed!

Adrienne's: D
I had nothing but problems with them. Even up to the very end. I heard so many good things about them that's why I decided to order my dress through them. They were a total nightmare. I had ordered my gown last August. It had to be 'Special Ordered' Hollow to Hem because they could not hem the bottom of my gown there is to much detail and it would take away (That was an additional $100) So when I went to order my gown I had to have the shoes I was wearing the day of the wedding, since they measure from the top of my chest to the floor. Well, 1st my dress came in, March it was completely the wrong dress. I was SO upset and angry, they RUSH reordered my gown and it finally came in in MAY. As soon as it came in I went to see it to make sure they didn't screw it up again. Thank God it was the right one. OK so not to bad right? Well, I had my 1st fitting in June. IT ended up they measured the HOLLOW to HEM Incorrectly and the dress was to long. So now I have to wear a crinoline slip which I DID NOT want to wear but didn't have any other choice, They didn't charge me for the slip since they screwed it up. I went back for my 2nd fitting they had to fix the slip and add more crinoline because the sides of my gown weren't laying right. Went I went back for my FINAL fitting (Monday before the wedding) the gown was the same exact way I left it from my 2nd fitting and nothing had been done to it. It still had the pins in it where they had to add the crinoline to the slip and pins where they had to add ribbons to the bustle. This really mad me angry, and scared that it would not be ready for me to pick up on Thursday. The lady who I had my fittings with said don't worry I will personally finish the work it will be ready for you to pick up on Thursday. But she advised me that I really shouldn't try it on when I pick it up since it will be ironed and steamed and ready to go. Well, I get there on Thursday all ready to try it on but when I saw how perfect it l decided not to try it on and just look at where they were to fix it and take it like that. I NEVER should have done that. I should have tried it on because when we went to bustle it at JA it was wrong and it was dragging all over the floor and people were stepping on it. I will never recommend anyone to go to Adrienne's!

Hawaii: We booked out trip through Celebratetravel.com Our trip was amazing. On Maui we stayed at the Ritz Carlton for 6 nights. Went to different parts of the Island but we didn't do the Road to Hana. DH and I didn't feel like spending that much time in the car! We went to the Old Lahaina Luau. The show was great but the food was OK.
On Kauai we stayed at the Hyatt for 4 nights! Great hotel with beautiful grounds and an awesome pool! A lot of restaurants on the property! In Kauai we were gonna go on a Helicopter ride but the day we had it scheduled for they had flooding so the company canceled it. We did do a Snorkel adventure through NaPali Explorer which was so much fun. On Kauai we had 3 favorite restaurants to Roy's, Keoki's Paradise (Hula Pie) & Tidepool. and We ate at so many good restaurants too! I I can't wait to go back to Kauai! Everyone says that it is soo expensive but it was like eating at restaurants in NYC!

Other than the few minor problems the day was wonderful! My advice to any future brides just enjoy the day and don't let anything bother you THAT day because it all goes by so fast! Hope this review was helpful to you! See you on the Newlyweds board!

I'm SO glad to hear you had a wonderful day and that your wedding and honeymoon went so well.. I was thinking of you that day and was hoping you were as thrilled as I was when the sun came out and our day was just gorgeous

Our wedding was amazing also and YES went by so fast! You're a better WIFE than me.. LOL .. I'm STILL writing my review, I think I'm still on honeymoon mode
