I want to start off by thanking LIW for creating this website. Throughout the whole planning process this site was extremely helpful! Next I would like to thank all of the ladies who are members of this website for all the tips and advice that I received to make my wedding day as special as it could be.

Reception Hall- Villa Lombardi's- Prewedding (B) At the wedding (A+)

I ran into many issues with Villa's before the wedding. Some are little problems now that I think about it but during the whole wedding process it was stressful for me. They do not allow you to create your own menus for your guests to see. Either you pay $350 or they will verbal tell your guests the 7 entree choices. Which in my own opinion is hard to do because before you get to the last choice, I would have forgotten the first choice. Then we had a guest whose mother passed away 6 days before the wedding. I called Villa's to say my list will be 3 people less. At first they said since I didn't call before the 7 days, I would loss that money. I said I understand your policy however this family did not know their mom was going to die the next day. I was upset because due to the unforeseen circumstances we were out over $350. Then I told my FMIL about it and she called them because she was upset. Right away they offered to refund the money. Which annoys me even more, just because I'm young does not mean you could take advantage of me.

Day of the wedding: Bridal Attendant -Carli was amazing. The place looked great, food and service was absolutely amazing. As everyone always says about Villa's, people we amazed by the cocktail hour that it was hard to eat the dinner! There was another wedding going on but never ran into any guests or other other couple who got married.

Throughout all the drama, I would say I would recommend Villa's because they are reimbursing me for the money.. Although it is 2 months to the day we got married and I have not received a check yet. I called and it is still in accounting.

Photo/Video- Duet Alberto's Team- A++

Amazing so professional and took awesome pictures. Very friendly and funny team! I haven't seen my video yet but my engagement pictures and wedding day proofs came out amazing. I am so happy I listened to other ladies on here who used them!

Music- Bravura- A

Bravura is not well known on this site but they should be. They did an amazing job. They listened to every request that we had and followed through with it. At times due to their business hours they were a little difficult to get a hold of them. Other than that very good and professional.

Dress- Paradise Bridal- A

I loved my dress from the first moment I put it on. The staff was very helpful. It was a little bit of a pain to get there since I live in Nassau however it was worth it.

Groom's Cake- Bellmore Cake Gallery A+

Tom made this process so easy. I did everything over the phone or through email. The cake came out amazing my husband and the rest of the guests were so surprised by the cake and how great it came out. I even had a dilemma with Villa's about the cake and Tom called them and personally spoke to my banquet manager. Very sweet guy! Highly recommend him!

Bridesmaids dresses- Bay Shore Bridal Suite - A

The dresses came out great. They were willing to match a price I received somewhere else and had cheaper alterations. No problems with the bridal suite.

Tuxedos- Galleria, Farmingdale- A

The guys looked great and matched the girls perfectly. They had very flexible hours which worked out good for many of the guys who worked far from Farmingdale. Check the tuxes out carefully some had some pulls and stuff but nothing drastic that could be seen in pictures.

Invitations/ Favors- Galleria, Farmingdale- A+

Going to the same place for tuxes, invitations and favors made life a little more easier for me. They did a great time with my invitations and favors. Since we ordered our tuxes through them, they gave us a discount on invitations. Jenn and Joyce very very helpful!!

Flowers-burt0ns- A

Very easy experience with them. I knew exactly what I wanted and they produced such beautiful bouquets!! We got gorgeous flowers for a decent amount of money! Definitely recommend them!
