My Wedding Review

All pictures shown here were taken by one of my DJ's crew members. It was included in my package! I will post Duet Pictures when I get them!

Well, I can’t believe it has finally come and gone! My day was spectacular! I def. have to think about renewing my vows in 20 years so I can do this all over again! lol
I don’t think I can remember every single vendor I used but I’ll list all the important ones.


Floral Terrace A++++++++++++
I was a difficult customer from the beginning! I bargained to no end and I ended up
getting pretty much EVERYTHING I wanted! I first dealt with Maryann which was
extremely helpful and sweet but then she left and I dealt with Frank which was a bit
rough around the edges but he def. worked with me! I got to have my rehearsal there
(which they gave me a hard time at first) but they gave in…My wedding day was
SPECTACULAR!!! The service there is incomparable from start to finish everything
was amazing!!! My bridal attendant was super attentive to me, she even sewed my veil on
when it came off. The main guy with me all night was George, he was so caring with
us all night, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food in that place is OUT OF
CONTROL!!!!! My guests were floored by the amount of food they were served and they were flabbergasted when they came around asking if anyone wanted SECONDS!!!! From cocktail hour to Viennese, everyone raved about the food!!! If you are looking for a place with unforgettable service and food, Floral Terrace is the place!

Fiore's C (and my husband say's I'm being generous with them)
I live in PA so I didn't know much about places to hold our rehearsal. I found Fiore's. The place is OK. I really dislike the set up, I felt totally disconnected from everyone in the place. We had 27 people all seated in different groups. Why they couldn't make one long table for everyone is beyong me. They're food was OK. The salad was horrible!!!! Service was SLOW and they waiters weren't very friendly! I was very dissapointed.


Duet A+++++++++
I had Jay’s Team. They arrived in time, and they worked their butts off all day! These
guys were all over the place taking a million pictures. They were really great! My proofs are AMAZING!!!!!! They took sooo many pictures I got over 1,000 proofs!!! I had such a hard time deciding what to put in my album!!!

John is a very sweet, very caring person. He was very nice to work with and his price was
Good and competitive with the other people I researched. As far as the flower goes, they
were nice. I wasn’t very impressed, they were good quality but not “WOW” I was
specially disappointed with my bouquet and my BMs bouquets. I paid extra money to
have a huge bouquet and I really feel I didn’t get what I wanted and paid for.

Tiara/BM’s Jewelry Eden Jewel on Ebay A
Their stuff is very nice! The price was right. They did mess up but order once but they
corrected it. My tiara was GORGEOUS!!!!!!! Very sparkly! You can’t beat it for 25
bucks!!!

Nice stuff! Great price! Another Ebay bargain!

Groom's Cake. Cakes by Mona A+
Mona did a great job! She had the best price around (I looked in a few places) My husband LOOVVED this cake! (He's a soccer fanatic)

Invitations/Menu’s/Programs/Table cards

Rebecca is a very sweet and extremely talented person. Her stuff is dazzling, everyone thought my invitations were beautiful! She also did my programs and my menus as well. And they came out just as beautiful as the invites! I was extremely happy with all of the stuff she made for me. The only issue I had with her is that I would email her and sometimes she would be prompt and sometimes it would take her days to get back to me. (She is very busy and I understand) When it came time for my place cards, she mailed them out last minute on a next day service. FEDEX never delivered them. I put a lot of thought into those place cards they had our monogram and everything. I was really stressed out over this the night before my wedding and my cousins had to hand write all new cards (which really looked like sh**) I was very disappointed with this. Rebecca did say she had insurance on them and FEDEX would give back $100 and she would refund me. She has not fullfilled on her end of the deal yet. (we shall see what happens)

Bridal Gown RK Bridal B+
They have a huge selection of gowns and the person who worked with me was wonderful! Her name is Sueli. They are very very busy there so make sure you go on a weekday early to get as much attention as you need. I went there the 1st time and I chose my gown pretty fast. I had some doubts in my mind so I asked if I decide on something else can I change. They said it’s gotta be within 3 days. I had changed my min 2 days later and it was too late. They gave me a hard time about it which I felt they could’ve worked with me a little more. When it came time to order my size I measured as a perfect size 12. I really fought with the guy to order me a size 10 because I knew I would be loosing weight and I felt I wouldn’t have to have so much alterations. I AM THE CUSTOMER, they should do what I TELL THEM! He did not listen to me and ordered the 12 anyway! The dress came pretty quick (I think it only took 3 months for it to come) and when I came in to try on the dress, long and behold, the dress was falling on me (huh…..I told him this would happen). But the dress was BEAUTIFUL! The people who altered my dress did a wonderful job on it! (a little pricey though) At the end I loved my gown and I looked beautiful so that’s all it matters.

Kay was very nice! I had inquired about the banner and then completely forgot to order it! Then a week before my wedding I had emailed him to see if it was too late and he rushed the banner to me at no additional cost! What a nice guy!!!

Old Westbury Gardens D
First of all let me start by saying the place is GORGEOUS! If you want to take pictures there the place is simply beautiful and I say go for it. Since my hall doesn’t really have places to take pictures I thought this was my best option for me. I booked from 12:30 to 3:30p.m. Granted, we got there late because of the tux mishap. My contract stated that our time in the gardens start when we get there. So I thought we would be ok. The guys got there about 1:45pm (they were supposed to be there at 12:30) and my limo pulled up at about 2:30p.m so I thought “hey I still have an hr. that’s not terrible” At 3:00p.m Diana rushed us out! I was really mad I kept asking her don’t I have it until 3:30? She was like no, it’s until 3:00. So help me God I will find this contract and call her because I paid an extra hour for this place and I feel like I didn’t get the time I paid for!


Red Carpet Limo A+++++
Mike was a pleasure to deal with! Prices were great! His limos were impeccable! He even upgraded us to a 2007 Escalade at no cost! His drivers were very nice and patient! I was extremely happy with them and would highly recommend them! They are a vendor here!

FEDEX a big fat F!!!!!
They never delivered my place cards on time!

After hours formal F!!!
They screwed up one of my groomsman tuxes! One of the other groomsman got a stained shirt! They completely f’ed up my picture schedule because the groomsman had to go back to the store and get a replacement tux!

All Type Calligraphy A
Sheryl was very nice to work with. She was prompt and she did a great job with my envelopes! And her price was great! I def. recommend her she is a vendor here.

I first heard Mike Nappi at one of my BMS wedding 2 years ago. I knew that day I would book him for my wedding. He was so great to work with! His price was excellent! I got 2 huge screens and giveaways included in my package! People were raving about him all night! I gave him a list of songs to play and not to play and he catered to all of our needs! I can’t say what a pleasure it was to have them!!! Def. one of the best vendors!

Cindy is my close friend. She is a mkeup artist for YSL in manhattan. I am giving her a great review becuase I think she is very talented!!!! I think my makeup came out GORGEOUS! (might be a little dramatic for some but it was exactly what I wanted)

Let me start by saying Joe is expensive! So if you're on a budget, I paid $156 for my trial and $250 for day of. My first trial with my own hairdresser was $65 but it turned out she couldn't do my hair the day of. But my hair came out AMAZING!!!!!!!! I was soooo pleased with his work, I HIGHLY recommend him!!!!!

Nice hotel! Clean and attentive! They were accomodating to me and my guests! Nothing but nice things to say about them!

Shirts by US A+
My husband came up with the idea for us to make shirts for our bridal party and to give away at the wedding. The shirts said 'I survived Frank and Rafi's Wedding ' and in the back it had our wedding date on it. The person I dealt with ws Roddy. He was wonderful! He designed something and I wasn't crazy about it and he designed it again and it was PERFCET! the shirts came out adorable and the price was great!!!!

Coupes Swept Away Resort in Jamaica A+++++++++ AMAZING!!!!
I have no words to describe how amazing this place was! The resort was HUGE, with sooo many amenities! We even got a complimentary massage! We went on a free cruise to Pirates Cove, we ate at all of their gourmet restaurants. If you're looking for a hineymoon on a budget this is it! We spend 2,800 on the total package and spend less than 400 there! We loved the place sooo much we are going to make plans ot go back! I highly recommend this place!
