If you are in the Emerald Room, I have some suggestions and things to look out for. Just FM me.

When we got there we still had things to give them like centerpieces, cake topper, ribbon for cake, favors. They got it all out, though I was dissapointed with the job they did with the ribbon on the cake in some areas.

The food was great, they were able to make and all vegitarian/vegan wedding, and people even liked our non-dairy cake and icecream.

The grounds we could take pics at were beautiful, though there was one area where there was packing stuff on the grass.

Our MD was awsome, and always trying to help. Our BA helped mostly with the men.

The ceremony outside was beautiful.

Things you should know. I did alot of stuff myself. I did not need to be up at 5 in the morning doing my hair because it was simple. I also did my own makeup. Thus, when my BA kept coming in telling me to hurry, I got upset because I take like no time to get ready. My photographer's wife (friend) yelled at her because she wasn't even helping me.

The ceremony started late and it was absolutly at no fault ours. However, they told the groom that I was not ready. I was actually ready way before hand.

They told me to have the guests arrive a half hour before the starting of the ceremony, however, they ended up hanging out in the hallway for nearly a half hour, and then sent up all in one pack, passed some geese poop by the pool, making it very hard for my GM to seat people (they had only 10 minutes to do so).

I don't know about the valets, though I visited one time and they were not impressive.

I could not take pics on all of the grounds.

High Voltage Sounds:

Unfortunatly I missed alot of music, but he is great to work with. Trust your dj. The reason he did not get an A+ is that they were not dressed up for the ceremony and the guests saw him.

Everything else I did myself.

Proflowers:
A
They shipped out beautiful flowers. However, UPS almost did not get some of them to me.
My photographers wife did a great job putting together my flowers. A

My photographer was a friend, great job!

Videographer: Friend, have yet to see video.

The reason we did not give them everything in advance is that I live in the Bronx, and during the day it is very hard to drive down to LI with all the traffic. I had not been sleeping well, and honestly I did not want to risk an accident.
