Maggie Sottero Bridal Gown “Pia”
This place was amazing! The women that work there are the most down to earth and compassionate people I have ever met in the Gown industry. It is not “showy” place… no one told me that I wouldn’t be able to fit into the gowns she had… they had so many larger sizes that I wasn’t self-conscious…
The dress came in when the said – the fittings were fast and easy – not one complaint!

AWFUL!! RUDE! INCONCIDERATE!
There are too many instances where they screwed up and didn’t take responsibility for it… and told me that I was responsible for it because I was too demanding… Simply because I asked them not to order the shawls until all the dresses were ordered – the only instance where I could be too demanding.
They are a factory and treat their clients like sweatshop workers… for the $20 you can save on your BM dresses… it’s not worth it!
The women upstairs in the MOB/G section are wonderful – but STAY AWAY FROM DOWNSTAIRS!

AMAZING people! They were so helpful and everyone of the guys (including the FOB/G) looked TERRIFIC!!!!

Marie Katz (A+)

There are no words to describe how wonderful she is… she is truly an artist and loves what she does. She is SO patient and will work with you until the LAST minute… like she did for me and my BMs… she arrived at 5:45am, and proceeded to do the makeup for 6 of the 8 BMs, my mother, my grandmother, and me – and was done BEFORE 10:30am…
AMAZING!!! I love her!

One word – AMAZING!
Allen (the studio owner) took care of our wedding. Not only did he extend the day by an hour – he took over 1000 shots – of which we received EVERY proof for… The shots – INCREDIBLE!!! I gave him a couple of pages of shots that I saw on LIW that I wanted to recreate – and without hesitation… he did – and they are beautiful! (An added bonus – he put a couple of crazy family members and a BM in their places! Thanks for that!!!)

Beautiful, hardy flowers that lasted the ENTIRE DAY – from 10am to 11pm… SO beautiful – exactly what I imagined them to be!
Mike is a genius!

DJs Unlimited (A+)

Wow do they now how to make a party!!! We gave them a list of music that we wanted to hear and they did the rest… everyone was up on the dance floor!!! We asked for no requests to be taken… and they granted that request – anyone who requested for a song to be played that they thought would follow in the song list we provided… they asked.
They checked for our approval halfway through – something I’ve never seen done. At the end of the reception they gave us two copies (of two full CDs) of the songs they played for us.

Sweet Karma Bakery (B+)

The only “complaint” that I have about the day is the way the cake looked. We discussed with the head baker what we wanted our cake to look like (Deep red fondant bow with ivory colored buttercream and gold fondant balls lining the edges of the cake)... as you can see from the pic, it doesn’t look like that… but WOW was it GOOD! They got down the baking aspect but the design… needs a little work.

James Poirot is an absolute doll! His mom, June, likewise… they opened up their hall to us an hour before cocktail hour to take final pics (no formal pics were taken once the cocktail hour began) with the family and BP…
Attentive does not do James and June justice… every detail we described was met… James was there for Joe and I at a moment’s notice – it was almost as if he was at our feet – but he was never seen.
The food was DELICIOUS!
Bar service was TOP NOTCH!
The hall was decorated BEAUTIFULLY!!!
SO IMPRESSED!

Your pictures are beautiful and it's a great review. I'm sorry that you had such a terrible experience with the Wedding Center.
