Watermill 10-02-05 review

I was not a frequent poster on this website but I did find this website extremely helpful for all the wedding planning. So thank you, everyone for all your ideas and insight.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. I really couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was absolutely perfect.

Watermill- A
We had Sean as our MD and BM. He is absolutely professional and very personable. He made everything run very smoothly from start to finish. Dottie was the BA and she was totally attentive and sweet as can be. Everything was absolutley perfect. I recommend these professionals and if at all possible, having the CH outside. The waitstaff was really attentive and they really outdid themselves. I have not a single complaint.
We were also the only wedding there that night.
The VIPS and DJ- A-
The Greek band was great. We thought the singer was wonderful. The DJ was good exception that we requested no group dances for American music and he played one. Overall, totally professional and highly recommended.

Somerset Limos- A
These people were totally professional and on time. Actually, they were always ahead of schedule. Limos(antique and 300M) were clean and filled with sodas/champagne/beer, etc. I would definitely recommend them. Their prices were the best around for what we needed.

Carmela's Bridal Garden- A
I wasn't having alot of fun with finding my dress. All the places that came highly recommended I was disappointed with. I stopped in her shop on a whim. She and her staff are absolutely wonderful. Carmela is the owner and does the alterations as well. She is so professional and an absolute doll. She really outdid herself- considering all the alteration and adjustments made to my dress. She even altered my undergarments. I highly recommend her.

Phyllis Limmer- A-
It was difficult to find the Jim Heljm BM dresses at discount and I did not want to go through the Wedding Center. Phyllis is really sweet and she was convenient to get to. Scheduling sometimes got mixed up but everyones dresses came out fabulous. We used Phyllis for MOB, MOG and BM. I would definitely recommend her and use her again.

Jill Harth- A
We used her for makeup. She is on the expensive side but I think was totally worth it. I had a few disappointing trials from other artists but she really listened to my suggestions and wishes and did a fabulous job on me and my family. She is an absolute sweetheart and very professional. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.

Flower Michele- A
What can I say that hasn't been already said about this Florist. They are absolutely wonderful and full of great ideas. Michelle was great to work with and the end product of all the flowers were absolutely breathtaking. I cannot say enough about this vendor. Worth every single penny.

Duet- A
I am totally impressed with this company. The photographers/videographer were so friendly and easy going. We had a blast with them. They were on time, professional and pretty much everywhere. The proofs were breathtaking. I'm in love with all my proofs. We must have about 1,000 proofs-so difficult to just choose a few for an album.

Victor Talbots- A
We decided not to use tuxes for the big event. My DH bought a custom suit from these guys and we were totally pleased. The service is outstanding and their attention to detail is unbelievable. I highly recommend them.

K&G Warehouse- A
Since we decided to not use tuxes, we bought all the GM, BM and FOG suits with matching shirts and ties. The prices were unbelievable and we used this as our gift to everyone.

Simplicity Planning-B+
I ordered invitations from this company because the price was good and no other company carried the invitation I wanted at a decent price. Jodi is really sweet but had a few snags with the invitations and invitation company itself. General advice- please proof read very carefully.

Berwick Travel-A
I used this internet travel agent to book our HM to Royal Hideaway. They were easy to get in touch with and really professional. This was probably the easiest trip I ever had to book. Royal Hideaway is beautiful and the staff is very accomodating. We will definitely return. I highly recommend the spa servicesas well. The second half of our HM was spent in good ole Las Vegas. The Bellagio to be exact. We love the Bellagio- the staff is pleasant and the service is unbeatable(as compared to other vegas hotels). Vegas is ever changing and there are always new things to discover. I highly recommend both destinations.
