Hi there,

I noticed your experience with Studio one limo and wanted to post a reply. I used them as well for my friend's bachlorette party and the entire thing was a disaster!! First of all, I had a special dvd of her fiance that was the biggest part of our 'limo party' and one of the reasons I went with this company. I let them know how inportant the dvd player was and upon trying to use it.....IT WAS BROKEN!!

Secondly, the limo was having serious mechanical problems and the driver therefore got us to our destination as fast as he could....so he could have the limo looked at.

We got less than an hour in the limo and when we called to be picked up at the club (the limo driver was supposed to be waiting there) we were told our limo was UNAVAILABLE!! We had to wait forty minutes to get picked up in an SUV!!...sound familiar??

To make matters worse, the driver got lost and I had to tell him where to go, even though he had a navigator!!

Finally, the liquor I paid for was left in the limo along with other items I purchased for the party, none of which I got back.

Fabio, the owner I imagine, apologized and promised a refund. I got the run around from him for two months and when he finally sent me a check.....HE CLOSED THE ACCOUNT AND COMMITED FRAUD!!

The stories sound similar and I am getting the impression this is A SCAM!! What are the odds we both had to be picked up in an SUV??? Perhaps the limo is being used for other customers to make more money???

FYI, they now go by Entourage Limo and seem to be good at covering tracks so people do not find out how they REALLY operate!!

WARNING: DO NOT RUIND AN IMPORTANT DAY BY GOING WITH THIS COMPANY!!
