Yup they sure were. I just added one more of us when the best man got the rings out of a little pouch around our little boys neck. It was really cute. everyone was laughing! kind of lightened up the ceremony. Our guests could not believe it!! And the Vanderbilt was really good about it!

Everything looked beautiful! Love the bridesmaid dresses, lavender is such a great color! You looked wonderful (love the flower in your hair)! Jennifer is a sweetheart, and so good at what she does, she did my hair too! Thank you for sharing!

Thank you all so much!
We were at West Meadow beach in Stony Brook. It was like 5 minutes from my parents' house. I don't know if you need a permit. Since it was like 55 degrees, there were only a few people there if that so it was nice. If you wanted to use it during the summer, it would be much more crowded and you might need a permit. You could call Oldfield town, they would know. Also, if you like that, at the end of the road there is a little beach that is less crowded usually and has a little jetty.
