Our French Polynesian island-hopping honeymoon

Some photos from our honeymoon trip to Tahiti, Manihi, Bora Bora, Huahine, Tahaa & Moorea.

left NYC March 31 - April 16 back in NYC

This reminds me of a travel brochure photo

On a Le Truck – bus system of Tahiti

A Roulotte – mobile diner.

Le Belvedere – scary as hell to ride up to the restaurant which is why they pick you up

Friday night show at Intercontinental – seafood buffet

View from the plane

The airport is on it’s own island so everyone needs to take a boat to the hotels

Obligatory Over water bungalow

We must have had the best spot for the fish since lots of people decided to snorkel near our bungalow.

One fantastic sunrise of many.............and my attempts at photojournalism

This was the coolest thing EVER for someone like me who cannot swim!!!!

one pilot, no parachute, no AC and definitely no flight attendant

Tahaa has no airport

vanilla tour – like a 9 month process to dry it and sell it

We hung the Do Not Disturb/Just Married pillows on our door during the honeymoon and tons of people approached us to say Congratulations
