where do I start. I met FH at work. Which I do not recommend because it causes so much drama. It was not love at first sight It wasn’t even like at first sight but as I got to know him he was very sweet and I could talk to him for hours and hours. We had so much in common. We didn’t start dating right away we decided that if we liked each other that we would take it slow. We would go out every now and then but nothing serious. about Five months of just getting to know each other . Jason treats me like a princess he’s always been their for me he takes me to the best places and he gets me pretty much anything I ask him for . The reason why we work is that I do the same for him. He propose to me on new years eve on our two year anniversary and of course I said yes. I wish I could say planning our wedding was as easy. The first place I wanted to get married was at the Marriott in Uniondale but they tried to over charge me and I was not having that. I guess it was a blessing in disguise because after that I found LIW website and that led me to planning my wedding.
On LIW I found Villa Lombardi’s, A++++++++++++++++++ I called and made an appointment I met with Cindy and she was lovely we went over all the possibilities and she gave me the best price so I jumped on it. The place is absolutely breath taking. On my wedding day everything was wonderful , clean, and beautiful I was so happy it was a dream.

Next was my dress, I was so scared because I’m so picky I was sure that I would not find a dress. I went to about 6 dress shops before I went to Lillettes. A+++++++++++++++++++++ the service was great and once again I saved so much money. I felt so great in my dress.

I got my bridesmaids and my flower girls dress from mygirldress.com A+++++++++++++I heard of some problems with them but everyone received their dress with no problem and on time.
My maid of honor got her dress at queen center mall A+++++++++++++++++++and I picked it out .I loved it on her

My florist was Bella Flowers of north shore B- Boy did she piss me off. After 3 visits she finally got it right. I talked to her so many times before the and she told me she knew what I wanted but she had no clue. The date of the flowers were wonderful and the centerpieces that I picked out 1 week beforel my wedding looked wonderful the bouquets were beautifuluser posted imageuser posted image
My bridal shower was wonderful my girls really out did themselves It was a pink theme we had Chinese food, my favorite. And we played pool and enjoyed the afternoon.

We stayed at the courtyard Marriott on exit 60 on the LIE The people where rude when I asked for late check out and my mom almost slapped the front desk manager for her rudeness. I ended up paying for an extra night. Before I left I asked could the room be cleaned and it wasn’t touched when we came back. I wished I would have listen to everyone and used garden city hotel. I don’t recommend them at all. One hundred Million Fs
My make-up and hair was done by non other than *** from ************* A++++++++++++++++++++ after seeing her work and meeting her I had to have her no matter the cost, and of course she hooked me up. She did me and my mom. my aunt was so jealous she wanted *** to do hers also. here is a picture of my mom.

Photos and video I used Hybrid media productions A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ellena and John are the best I only met her once and she was so professional and sweet. They really have the best prices and very good quality she has given me all my pictures in less than three weeks.

DIY A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I could not have done any DIY without the help of the ebony brides and of course god. I’m really not good at these sort of things but I keep trying until I got it right . I did my water bottles, table numbers, programs ,cake topper, African broom, bathroom basket and favor wrapping. I love making them but I’ll never do it again.

I got my veil and money bag from Barron’s in tri county A++++++++++++I got so many complements on my veil. It was wonderful.
I got my tiara from Estelle’s I had no business in their I went to look for a dress for my mother and I fell in love with it. After talking about it with DH I went to buy it the next day.

My guys, damn did they look good I got their tuxes from Rogers tuxedos of Babylon. A+++++++++++++++++++++I won them at the WOTY so they were supposed to be free but DH upgraded them and they were 50 bucks. Roger was great to work with and I was happy about the results.

I got my favors from wrap with us.com A+++++++++++++ everyone loved them.
The DJ I used was sensational sounds I booked because they came to my job and I loved them. so I met with the guy and the price was right so i booked with them. the DJ that came to my wedding was very young and no experience he didnt have the songs I requested or the party lights that I order. So Im really pissed off the only reason I have not complained to the company was because the kid was so young I dont want to get him into trouble but on a scale of one to ten he was a 6 which is not good. but we danced anyway.

My engagement photos were done at the last minute. So me and DH went to Jcpenny's. I spent $50 so I was happy, and the pictures came out wonderful.user posted image
My honeymoon didn’t go as planned I wanted to go to st Lucia but I couldn’t find anyone to watch my son that could take him to school for the week. My mom has her hands full and DH mother had a stroke so we went away for the weekend at a Hilton and it was very romantic and I was happy with that and now we took the money for the honeymoon and decided to put it toward buying a house.
