6/26/09 - Need Officiant, DJ, Photo/Video

I am in the process of currently trying to choose an officiant, DJ and Photo/videographer for the date. It is at the Woodbury Country Club, ceremony starting at 7:00 - 1 AM.

Officiant: want someone who will incorporate us and our relationship into the vows but be able to make the crowd engaged

DJ: a very young party wil be attending, want everyone on the floor and engaged. Would like a screen available to show shots taken at the party, shots of us as a couple etc. Would like to be able to give a list of 'dont play' as well as 'must play'

Photo/Video: prefer a package with both included, want your standard photos but NEED photojournalistic qualities as well; want those moments when no one was planning a photo to be captured; no cheesy shots!. Will be needing e-shots as well as wanting shots of both groom and I getting ready that morning, etc. Willing to have a 2 person photographer if necessary and reasonable price

Video: Want to be able to incorporate photos of us as we grew up together, grabbing all the great moments. Must be able to have a mic available for the vows...watched to many videos where you couldn't hear the vows.

(please forgive the shameless self promotion here, but I'm really excited about this!)

If you want to get a look at what one of my services look like the Special Events Dept. of the Empire State Building hired me to do 14 weddings there on Valentines Day. CBS morning news will be in and out from 7am - 9am filming live. I was hoping for channel 11 because Sukanya Krishan, their morning anchor, was one of my '07 brides. But channel 2 is good too!

There is also video on the LIW Wedding of the Year website.
